but I’ve seen it work in my own life and many others of those I’ve worked with.
So when was the last time you gave yourself a high five for getting things right in your day?
They don’t always have to be Big huge things, they can be simple things like:
Not hitting the snooze button on your alarm
Getting through your morning emails quickly and efficiently
Going protein and salad instead of fast food or fasting
Or it could be that you kept your cool in the face of a challenge and practiced breathing before reacting.
What-ever it is that you do that is right……that went well,
create a practice of giving yourself a high five when you do.
Reward yourself for the great steps you take and then give someone around you a High Five when they get it right.
When we make this a practice and do it regularly in our day, a brand new energy gets created within and around you.
This energy makes change, in both state of mind and physical appearance
Go and give yourself and someone else a High Five today!
