What if instead of thinking, “she has it all,” or “must be nice to be so successful,” or “she obviously has more help or opportunities”, or “I could never be as lucky as her,” you empower yourself by thinking…

Jealousy is an emotion that gets us nowhere. It just holds us back from living our own kick-butt lives, wastes our own valuable time that quite frankly could be best used ANYWHERE else, not to mention the headspace and energy it takes up that we could be using to kickstart our goals and dreams
