First things first: cut yourself some slack!
You’re doing the best you can, and that’s all anyone can ask of you. Celebrate your accomplishments, no matter how small they may seem. Did you manage to get through your to-do list for the day? Awesome! Did you make it to the gym, even though you didn’t really feel like it? Way to go!
