Your first step to overcoming jealousy from holding you back is to ask yourself these Powerful Questions:
Next time you stop seeing your friends, or cancel an opportunity, or are fighting with your partner ask yourself these questions:
▫️Am I making excuses because I’m really jealous of them?
▫️What do I really need to work on myself and be willing to release?
Sometimes being jealous is unconscious and it’s running your life and you don’t even realise it.
Take time to dig a little deeper into these questions and allow yourself every opportunity to live your best life without hidden blocks preventing you.
Shift to Empowering Thoughts to help you move forward
What if instead of being swept away by the emotion of jealousy you shifted our thoughts…You stepped into empowering thoughts that help you move forward with confidence?
What if instead of thinking, “she has it all,” or “must be nice to be so successful,” or “she obviously has more help or opportunities”, or “I could never be as lucky as her,” you empower yourself by thinking…
▫️ “if she can do it, I can too!”
▫️ “Whatever is possible for her is also possible for me”.
▫️ “Now I know it’s also possible for me”
Jealousy is an emotion that gets us nowhere. It just holds us back from living our own kick-butt lives, wastes our own valuable time that quite frankly could be best used ANYWHERE else, not to mention the headspace and energy it takes up that we could be using to kickstart our goals and dreams
Instead of stepping into jealousy and judgement and allowing these emotions to hold you back and rule your life, we need to stop ourselves and redirect ourselves to more empowering thought. The moment we shift our thoughts to, “if she can do it, I can too,” our next thought should be, “okay, how?” “Let’s do this!!”
Don’t let jealousy hold you back or rule your life any longer. If she can do it, so can you.
