Getting your wardrobe de-cluttered and tidy makes you feel prepared to take on the world. You feel strong, empowered and ready to take on anything life throws at you.

2. Go Screen Free

Dedicate the weekend to no-screen time (breathe baby)- Our phones, computers and iPads have a way of controlling us (my hands up, I’m guilty)Taking a sabbatical, a detox away from technology allows us to focus on much bigger and better things!

3. Re-energise

Take an afternoon nap. Lay down for 15 minutes, even listen to a guided meditation to help zen you out – Get off those feet and re-energise!
