2: Get dressed up

Yep go the whole nine yards. Wash your hair, shave your bits, use the fancy shower gel. Do the makeup and blow dry. Why? For you babe, for you. List your spirits and feel good.

3: Release those negative emotions 

Let’s talk about negative emotions because let’s face it if we don’t release these and instead stuff them down these suckers will come back at the worst possible times. 

If you’re feeling angry scream into a pillow (feels so good). If you need a cry, watch a sad movie and release those held back tears. If you need to talk them out, grab your bestie and have a chat. 

  1. Amplify the feel-good feels

Now let’s look at turning up the dial on what lifts your mood. Do you have a favourite playlist that you can dance and sing to? Maybe hit the gym for a dance class or go outside for a walk. Anything that makes you move will pick you up and make you feel better and more energised.
