Don’t cry over spilt milk, there is plenty of fish in the sea, don’t sweat the small stuff they say! Whilst all of this is true you still want to jab the person in the eye (too harsh?) you understand thou right? Life can feel really hard, how to get yourself out of a bad mood and change your life.
I myself have had by heartache when relationships have broken down, laid awake at night staring at the ceiling wondering how to pay the bills and as for spilt milk…Of course, you want to cry because it goes everywhere!!!
However, if you have read any Law of Attraction books or blogs then you probably also know that “What you feel is what you attract”. If you are all bent up out of shape, worked up or in a crappy mood and things are feeling hard. Then guess what “You attract more of that!” – poo.
One of the best examples in my life was when I would wake up feeling groggy, tired and not with the happiest of hearts my middle daughter would wake up equally crabby if not worse. It was like she had some kind of super-powered antennae that picked up when I was in a bad mood – anndd she would match it. Gotta love the Law Of Attraction!
Being stuck in this “bad mood” cycle (which FYI I was on for ages) makes everything feel hard! Decision making is hard, making clear decisions at work is hard, communicating with your partner is hard and mothering feels like an Olympic sport!?!
So sister let’s change that energy, let’s shift that mood and put the spring back in your step and activate the Law of Attraction with some fun so that your day becomes so much easier and joyful.
28 Ways How To Get Yourself Out Of A Bad Mood
Dance
Listen to music that shifts you energetically
Meditate
Talk to a bestie
Help another human or even animal
Hug and animal
Make a tea, coffee, wine (zero judgment) and sit in the sun for 5 minutes
Lay in the grass
Have a shower
Do your hair and put on your best clothes
Paint your nails
Pop on your favourite lipstick and have a shimmy in your bathroom
Laugh out loud
Exercise may be a walk around the block, yoga, join a gym class
Take a power nap
Lay flat on the ground with the lights down for 5 minutes
Read an inspirational blog or book
Write out your dreams as if they have happened
Take a few minutes to dream up a dream holiday (see how to make visualisation easy here)
Drink more water
Eat some fresh fruit or salad
Wear your favourite earrings or stick your favourite crystal down your bra
Burn some sage
Go out and stare up at the night stars
Go on a gratitude rampage blessing all you see
Go to the beach
Buy yourself a bunch of flowers
Burn some sage or essential oils
These are some of my favourite ways to change my mood and remember that every time you shift your mood you shift your energy, you raise your vibration, you Shake Up Your Greatness and activate the Law Of Attraction.
