.1. Physically release stress
Use your BREATH. Take notice of your breathing, change your breathing rate,
AS4 second inhale, 8 second exhale. This will bring your nervous system into a state of peace. You will automatically begin to feel greater ease and control.
2. Become more focussed mentally
Start to notice your thoughts. Are your thoughts fear-based, are you stuck rehashing a past that can’t be changed or are you imagining the worst in a future that hasn’t even happened yet? Our imagination is our greatest tool for manifestation. Don’t use it to freak yourself out.
3. Your emotions and stress
Notice how you are feeling emotionally. One of my favourite tools that we use in the Firefly Academy is to write down our feelings, putting light on them and then reading them back. This practice helps to have a different perspective on what and why we have these feelings (thank you hindsight) and writing them out helps you validate your feelings. Then bring them back to the body and breathe through the emotions, imagining they are dissolving energetically from the love you have for yourself with your breath.
